install wooden fence

Install French Doors between living room & bedroom
Take down wall between dining room and living room
Make built in bench, bookshelf, arched walkway and cabinetry between dining room and living room 
(almost done, just gotta finish the cabinet door) 
Paint living room & dining room (twice already) 
Stain Porch
tear out carpet and install hardwoods downstairs
tear out carpet and install hardwoods upstairs
make flower box for kitchen window
install wainscoting to back guestroom
install trim to closet and guestroom doors
paint bedroom
install 8" baseboards (half done really) 
replace backdoor with 9 lite door (that was hard)

install chandelier in dining room

install paneling and beams in ceiling of back guestroom and front guestroom/office

install wainscoting and paneling to north wall of upstairs bedroom

build extra storage in our knee high walls upstairs

install paneling or beadboard wainscot east wall of hallway

install 9 lite door in utility room to hallway

install 9 lite door to upstairs

remodel closets for better use and efficiency

add arts&crafts style trim to all doors and entryways
build pizza oven in backyard
